Family Vacation Activities

This beach is still under construction, and althhough some of the houses seem to be completed there isn't much in the way of things to do here yet. It looks like that sort of thing is still to be developed. There is a really great beach here and a lot of development work has been done in the area of beach access.

Family Activities

I think most of the people coming to this beach for awhile are going to be the lucky residents. It looks like you are either going to be forced to bring your own beach toys, for watersound beach fun, or go to Watercolor, Seaside, or Seagrove beach.

Family Activities For Watersound Beach

We will check on this beach again once the season starts and let you know if we find anyone renting bicycles, surfboards, or kayaks. We did see some bikes. I don't know whether there is a vender out there, or if they belong to the resort. I suspect they belong to the resort. You can always go to Seagrove beach, Seaside, or Watercolors. Destin isn't a bad drive and you can go into town for Destin Adventures at the harbor. Check out the links above.
