Watersound is a new community, and was in work when this photo was taken. They have been hard at work on it, and it should be nearing completion when the 2007 summer season starts. This is a new development, which was still under construction when we took the photos for this site. Construction is still under way now, in the spring of 2006. It seems to be progressing at a fair pace. Destin beach rental opportunities are moving fast, and this is one of those ground floor opportunities. This is a very pretty area and it has a great beach, and also one of the pretty coastal dune lakes this area is famous for. Work on landscaping is proceeding along with the construction, and you can tell this developer embraces the natural beauty of this area.
